Monday to Saturday - 8.00am to 6.00pm
Sunday - 8.00am to 2.00pm

Arrival Time

Check in between 2.30pm and 6.00pm (outside of these times please contact us to make an arrangement). Should you arrive early or wish to leave later, we are happy to store your luggage for you whilst you enjoy a stroll along the beach or a meal at one of the local restaurants.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A current credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm a reservation at the time of booking. A deposit of $100 is required for one night stays and one night’s tariff is required as a deposit for stays of two or more nights. The balance of accommodation is payable on arrival.

We adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If your reservation is cancelled fewer than thirty days before your visit, any deposit paid will be will be retained.

Should we receive less than 14 days notice of cancellation we will charge for the total accommodation amount. This includes a request for a reduction of nights booked. We will endeavour to re-book the apartment and will refund the amount processed if we are successful. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.

For groups (4 rooms or more) a charge of one night’s accommodation per apartment booked will be incurred if the reservation is cancelled fewer than sixty days prior to arrival. All group reservations cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to arrival will incur charges for the total accommodation amount.

Non-smoking

The well-being and comfort of all guests at The Sands Apartments is important to us, therefore we have a non-smoking policy that applies to all apartments in the complex.
